It is unnecessary to complete a 20 minute contract application for a stay of a week or less. Especially when it’s a very small space that is not updated at all so not quite sure what the purpose of a contract is. Second, The actual apartment address/location should be clearly specified as soon as it’s time to check in not just by showing outdated pictures of a nearby restaurant sign. Since access to the apartment and actual apartment are not in same spot. Lastly, it should not be forced on the guest to take out the garbage with them when they leave that’s what guest fees are for. As a vacation host myself I felt that was very wrong.

Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man erwarten darf. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohlgefühlt !

6/10 Okay

Supermercati, ristoranti e bancomat vicinissimi. Posizione TOP!
