Incredible stay! The restaurant is Michelin Starred level, the spa is wonderful, the staff very helpful and the location very close to the Miyajima Ferry.

The room was clean and relatively spacious for a Japanese hotel. Fresh towels were provided daily, as well as pajamas. It is located conveniently near a tran station. However the provided facilities were very lacking. The coin laundry on the 14th floor is actually just four machines, intended to be shared by the entire hotel. When I went to use the coin laundry one of the machines was broken, and the other three were taken up. I ended up having to walk 10 minutes to a local coin laundry to wash my things. Also, the spa was totally useless to me as a tattooed person. Tattooed people are only allowed to use the spa from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. God forbid a Japanese person has to lay eyes upon a white woman with a bird tattoo. I probably will not stay here again
