「Just smell not good, other things are OK」

「Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken....

「I like rain very much. My room is on the second floor. When it rains, I can hear the sound of raindrops falling on the roof, which is very helpful for sleeping. I like this sound very much. The transportation is convenient, the main road is when you go out, and there is a beach nearby, which is quite good.」

「Terrible Motel」

「The apartment was adequate and reasonably well maintained. Cleaning could have been better, and there were obvious minor repairs that were needed the did leave a great first impression. With that said the grounds and pool area were well maintained and the apartment was adequate and in a good location. I would consider going back for pratical reasons noted and cost was very reasonable.」

「The entire experience was great. The fact that they allow fur babies is everything to us. Everyone working there are super friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect. Not one member of the staff wasn't warm & friendly. The food was good. Our room was super nice, huge and clean. We are definitely going back for father's day with all our family.And an all inclusive in Florida we had to try because they are rare and it exceeded our expectations. 」
