"We gave Bella Vista Hotel & Suites a 4 out of 5 and had a good overall stay. The transformation from the old Kirkley Hotel is beautiful, the breakfast options were solid, the room had a comfortable amount of space, and the elevator was impressively fast, which we appreciated. Pool area was nice for the space, though we didn't use it, nor did we use the gym or connected restaurant, which we were told was nice and delicious. A few areas could be improved: the bathroom had no counter space, though we understand it was an accessible room and we booked it because the standard king rooms were unavailable; a closet or larger clothing rack would have been helpful; having outlet hubs on both sides of the bed would have been more convenient; and while the WiFi was very easy to connect to, it did go in and out during our stay."

"Was a good stay even when someone unlocks my deadbolt around midnite,know when a bunch people checks in @ once things happen but maybe check name in room before using master key to enter a room"

"My family always loves to stay here as it checks off all of the boxes… It’s close to our sons school and convenient for everything else. The staff is always so friendly and it’s always very clean."

"This Motel was what I expected for the price. It's a great place if you need to crash for one night and have a hot shower. The area is quiet, however; there was quite a bit of noise in the room above 113. The room had a strong smell of fragrance. The double bed was ok. The decor is outdated. Again, not fancy at all but serves the purpose for a brief stay. No office staff after 6pm. Ample parking. The room looks exactly like the advertised photos. "

"The elevator was out our entire trip. My 91 year old father had to take the stairs up and down to and from the room. This limited his ability to fully enjoy our trip because he avoided going on most of our outings. At least the front desk was able to move our room one flight down."
