"Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight.
We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
