這次入住的服務真的蠻貼心的。不管是辦理入住還是問行程,櫃檯人員都很親切幫忙,很有耐心的 一一說明,讓人覺得很安心。飯店位置在市中心, 逛街很方便。房間很乾淨舒適,每天都有整理。唯 一要注意的是如果剛好大家都下午抵達,大廳人 比較多的時候,要稍等一下辦理入住,但整體來 說,工作人員的態度為這次旅行加分很多,住起來 很舒服。

這次住這間飯店，地點真的滿方便的，走路幾分鐘就能到海灘，準備去參加跳島很省時，周遭餐廳、酒吧也很多。房間空間蠻大的，床鋪也很舒服。最喜歡的是每天早上到五樓頂樓餐廳吃早餐，推薦坐戶外，視野真的很開闊，可以看到海景。點了中式牛肉麵，味道是熟悉的家鄉味。

飯店的位置就決定了一切！走路兩分鐘到海灘、就能到達出海跳島的集合點。早餐在頂樓，看出去愛妮島海灣美得像假的。樓下的咖啡很好喝，餐廳、商店都很近非常方便！我們度過了一個美好的旅程！

這次入住的房間比預期還要舒適。空間規劃很剛好，床寢的觸感也讓人很好入眠，玩了一整天回來可以好好放鬆。衛浴是現代的乾濕分離設計，整潔度維持得不錯，空調運作也很安靜。不過房間窗外的視野稍微被隔壁建築擋住了一點，但整體來說待在房裡的時光都很愉快，晚上睡得十分安穩。

Everything was perfect at this resort. The whole staff was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. All of them had gone above and beyond making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we had an issue with our toilet, they came and fixed it right away and apologized profusely. There were the two ladies at the front desk when we checked in whose names I don’t remember, and then two gentleman during the day, I think Carl with the DJ voice and James had recommended several places to check out and eat. We upgraded our room to a beautiful spacious 4th floor room 401. This was one the most beautiful rooms with a view. And of course we can’t forget GG the hotel mascot who always escorted us to our rooms whenever we came back to the hotel. It was such a great experience and hospitality was unmatched. The hotel is also centrally located among everything. Tours, restaurants, bars, shopping, gym, just everything. When we come back we will be staying here again and can’t wait to see all the staff, our kabayan.

There’s so much to like about S Resort El Nido! The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was perfect (very spacious, great shower heads and water pressure). We had a top of the range hair dryer & kettle, with a mini fridge, a TV with netflix, a drying rack on the balcony, and our rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. The staff were extremely accomodating and welcoming! We always received a warm welcome and were always offered assistance with anything we needed. I would highly recommend S Resort in El Nido!

Das Fenster geht auf die El Nido Bay, das Licht braucht keine Bearbeitung, und ich habe sofort ein Foto gepostet. Alle haben gefragt, wo das ist. Das Dachrestaurant zur goldenen Stunde ist der beste Platz für Fotos auf der ganzen Reise. Die Silhouette der Kalksteinfelsen im Abendlicht, ich war über eine Stunde dort oben. Nicole hat mir gezeigt, wo man den Sonnenuntergang am besten sieht, das war das entscheidende Detail für diesen Tag. GG, der Hotelshund, ist eine Social-Media-Falle. Ich wollte kurz streicheln und bin zwanzig Minuten stehengeblieben. Das Hotel trägt keine Verantwortung dafür, aber man sollte informiert sein.

"The front desk told us about a small beach that isn’t on any standard itinerary. That’s what a good staff recommendation can do, and it’s the kind of thing you won’t find on any booking website. Rooftop breakfast with the whole bay spread out in front of you. My son thought it would be funny to take photos of me eating to document the moment. I told him to stop. He didn’t. But I really like that photo. The room can fit an extra bed, though the spring frame wasn’t the most comfortable. Next time I’d probably just book two rooms instead."

"My daughter walked in, went straight to the window, and just stood there. I gave her about thirty seconds before I joined her. El Nido Bay, right there, limestone cliffs in the distance, boats moving across the water. Neither of us said anything for a bit. The location is the thing. Seventy metres to the beach. Five minutes to the tour loading point. Restaurants and shops literally downstairs. After a full day on the water, walking back to your room in five minutes without needing a tuk-tuk is a bigger deal than it sounds. Reception helped us plan four days of island hopping. Not one bad day. He knew which tours had fewer crowds, which guides were worth asking for by name, and he never once pushed us toward the expensive option. That kind of honest advice is rarer than it should be. The rooftop is worth going up for even if you’re not eating. The view of the bay from up there, especially around sunset, is the best free thing the hotel offers. GG the hotel dog usually finds you in the lobby on the way up. She’s very soft and completely unhelpful if you’re trying to be on time for anything. One thing to know: the hotel is on the main street, so it gets noisy at night. Ear plugs help. Ask for a higher floor if you’re a light sleeper."
