「Excrllent service and location. Cannot find any better Hotel in Aix-en provence like this.」

「The staff is helpful and comfortable stay」

「乾淨的客房及服務人員熱忱接待。」

「Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Actually I’d have liked something in the lobby area like book exchange/ coffee making facility/coffee & snacks machine or even free coffee available to make it a communal place to chill out in. 」

「員工非常的溫馨友善，房間簡單乾淨。早餐豐盛，在熱浪夏天的歐洲房間裡有冷氣」

「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」

「The hotel is gorgeous! Very beautiful! The staff were awesome! So helpful! I can’t wait to come back!」

「基本上很不錯的飯店，下次可再來。」

「This is a gem of a 5 star luxury hotel where the staff goes above and beyond. It is perfectly located close to the city center with a pool and spa that make it feel like you’re staying in a resort . Between the accommodations, service and staff I couldn’t recommend it more highly .」

「地點臨市集大街，購物很方便 員工都非常熱情，看到我們買酒回來主動借酒杯；去市集買小吃回來主動借刀叉盤子，非常感謝！」

If you don't have big suitcases or mind stairs, we would recommend.」

「We booked last minute and the room was perfect. The hotel is tiny, the room was tiny but we didn't care at all about the size because it was so comfortable, clean, warm, quiet and private. It was at the top of 3 flights of narrow stairs that were perhaps a little challenging with suitcases but it didn't matter, it was totally worth the effort, because the experience was so romantic. We spent a lot of time soaking in the little bathrub, a rather rare find in more modern, "convenient" hotels. The...
