離卡納克神廟比較近,開車大約5分鐘,離市中心約有20分鐘距離,如果你是尋求方便,建議住市中心就好,如果你是尋求乾淨及休閒的地方,這裡很適合你,飯店很安全,進出需要透過警衛確認才可進來,飯店的工作人員都很友好,我無法透過網路購買go bus 車票,是飯店人員幫我購買的,雖然貴了點,至少解決我的難題,我有使用room service點餐,他另外加城市稅之類的,這是我到埃及,使用room service唯一加價的飯店,飯店人員還教我操作atm將美金換埃幣,總之,我在這裡的經驗非常好,早餐也很好吃,飯店也有一些tour 可以參加,不會特別貴,可以考慮

My only complaint about this resort is that the food was sub-standard. But after traveling around in the middle east I realized that it is like that everywhere. So nothing really to do with the resort.

The location of the hotel is beautifully situated on the Nile, with extensive views and places to sit and enjoy the sites. The staff are amazing and the hotel itself very clean with excellent amenities! The restaurant for dinner was absolutely wonderful, with some of the very best sea bass dinners I have ever had! We booked all of our excursions through the hotel - Zein and Asmaa were amazing - including the hot air balloon (which is a must do) and multiple other day trips. Our guide (Ehab) and driver were amazing! The staff was also super attentive (shout out to Maro and Mody) and do yourself a HUGE favor and book a massage at the spa. The ladies there were absolutely amazing!! Last but not least - stop by and say hi to Nermin at the omelette station, who patiently and professionally served everyone as fast as she could. DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE! We will be back!

The area around the hotel is not that pretty but that’s normal in Egypt so don’t expect any different at any other hotel. I had a really good experience, the breakfast is great, with many dishes at the buffet. The spa is beautiful, is like a whole different hotel where you can book a suite that includes spa treatments. The only thing I feel could be improved is the rooms, they look a little outdated specially the carpets.

Nice resort right by the Nile. We loved the view and the property grounds, the spa facilities were great (steam room, sauna, salt room, heated pools). As the only negative, the staff were a bit hit or miss: some were attentive and friendly, some others did not really pay attention to guests.

One of the best resorts I’ve been to world wide! While the hotel is world class with all the amenities and the cleanliness. The main reason is the hospitality and kindness the staff showed us. A special thank you to Marianna and Rahma and the staff in the cafe, and Shereen in reception for going above and beyond, that made our stay very special. You definitely need to try Fateer House!

Ready for new carpets and refurb. Breakfast selection poor along with poor selection of in the restaurants. Check before you buy at the bar as $125 for 4 simple G&T's is ridiculous. Also check you bill when checking out as we were charged for an extra night we'd paid for online. Overall the service staff are great, friendly and efficient but I'd suggest some investment training the cooks to 5 star standards. Hilton you are slacking!

Front desk staff were nice, well spoken and offer recommendations about transportation. Dinning experience was ok, staff was slow in responding. Food was great, am allergic to pistachios and chef was able to tell me what I can and cannot eat, it was buffet style. Used the gym and it was well maintained.

Hotel was incredibly dirty. Brown towels, electricity wasn’t working in our bathroom, pube hairs in the spa lounge beds, and even the water shut off for a short bit.

The resort is beautiful, staff were friendly and professional, great selection of foods. I bought a half pension and very happy with the variety of foods. Great ambience, and I had a fantastic time.

Do not stay here
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The exterior is pretty but the rooms are very old, have stained carpets, and uncomfortable beds. The service at the pool is very slow and many of the waiters made rude remarks. We would not recommend this hotel and it is not a typical Hilton standard.
