English is widely spoken and understood We loved this place so much that we have booked another week later in December "

"Booked a room with 4 beds with a river view because we are 2 adults and 2 kids. On the check in the guy gave a room with 1 big bed. I complained, and the manager shouted abusively for 10 minutes. But the evidence was very obvious that we booked a much bigger room and eventually got 3 beds. Very bad check in experience. "
