"Love staying here for shows at Rocket Mortgage. Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to the venue. "

"The Hotel Cleveland met our needs, as our work was very close by. However, I would not choose to stay there again. An older hotel, though elegant is not particularly comfortable. They were short of staff, so often our room was not cleaned, despite multiple requests. Though likely out of the influence of hotel, there were several aggressive panhandlers who had to be negotiated when entering and leaving the building. "

"Terrible. Dirty and looks like not cleaned in weeks. Window had water pooling in it "

"Smelled like cigarettes at the check in desk. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times as our cards wouldn’t open our room door. Upgrades needed but for $100/night stay, it was ok. Breakfast didn’t look good so we went to a local restaurant. "
