「Decent sized room, we had the king room with pull out sofa. The hotel is a little dated, with minimal lighting in the rooms. It only had lamps and no overhead lights which made it a little dark in the room. The bathroom door would not shut. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Stay above the 1st floor as the indoor pool makes it humid and has a chlorine odor. The elevator is good. Breakfast was adequate with two different waffle makers, eggs and sausage and a variety of...

「This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay.」

Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-(」

「I was honestly disappointed. There were stains on the carpet in the room. It was very obvious. That was an immediate turn off. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There was no milk, no gravy, out of orange juice, another juice was labeled out of service. The taste and quality of the available offerings was not good.」

「I booked a king suite to accommodate my family and was given a regular king room. When I questioned the staff they said the suites are first come first serve. When I make a reservation I expect to receive that reservation. Our room only had 2 towels and when I asked the desk for more they informed me “that since no one laid any outside of their room that night they didn’t have any clean”. I would think a hotel could at least accommodate towels.」

「The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service.」
