「Nice close stay to Iowa State. Could use some updates halls and elevators had bad smells. Rooms pretty clean though.」

「The owners were there late at night and early in thehe morning. They were extremely helpful and very friendly.」

「We love staying here. It is quiet and very very clean. Love that breakfast items are out in the evenings and all night. I have diabetes and sometimes crash at odd times. There is always bananas and yogurt available for me. The town and surrounding areas are also quiet and safe for a walk.」

「The room we stayed in was a nice size but not cleaned very well. The couch and chair was pretty battered. Because of being an older hotel it showed a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and nice for children.」

「The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!」

「The room was adequate, dated and clean but not a deep clean due to the age. The breakfast nook was the worst I have ever walked into. It was dirty and the appliances were dirty. I got a sealed yougart and left. From what I could tell the quality of the food was very low.」
