「This is a lovely and peaceful hotel - the room was cleaned to a high standard, the food was really tasty, with a good menu and well presented food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and there was a huge selection for breakfast. The staff are very polite and obliging - nothing is too much trouble.
The grounds will look lovely in summer, but even in the winter they are still nice. I really recommend a stay here.」

「Beautiful property. A bit of a rabbit warren but delightful to see the original features and feel the age of the building. Comfortable room and excellent bathroom facilities.
Breakfast had most of what you would expect, I would like more fresh salad available.
We especially enjoyed the walking route provided by the hotel, really lovely to get out and about in the grounds. 」

「Hotel is nice and close to the town, and very clean. Parking was easy and ample. Everyone that works there are really friendly. The room was just the right size (with the usual amenities) with a decent ensuite bathroom. A good selection of breakfast items - the English breakfast is lovely.」
