「nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying」

The room was both nicely furnished and large (esp for a European hotel), the bathroom was great, breakfast buffet had lots of great variety, with traditional Spanish, or AngloAmerican, healthy fruits, yogurts,etc. They have a free shuttle from/to airport from (I think) 6:45-10:15. It should be a 3 minute ride but because of highway work (early Feb 2026) it took more like 8 minutes to get there (only 3 min on the shuttle next...

「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」
