「nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying」

「Very central and extremely comfortable. Maximo and Veronica were lovely, very friendly and helpful, as were all the ladies downstairs. A young girl delivered some chocolates and cans of water which was great, but she came around at an awkward time when we were showering prior to going out. Consequently we missed her the second night sadly. Perhaps consider a better time to call?」
