"Although the hotel is going through renovation, this wasn't much of an inconvenience. The rooms are large, nicely decorated, and clean. We rented two rooms one of which was a Kiddy Suite. We are older (70s and 80s), and our sister-in-law, with her small dog, stayed in one of the kiddy suites. My wife and I were very impressed with .the layout of the kiddy suite(bunk beds totally separated from a queen size bed) and very cute wall decorations. Our room was very spacious with two queen size beds. Th staff was always friendly and helpful. This property is very large, but parking was close to our rooms. Perhaps the best aspect of thus hotel is its access to the Ludington downtown area. A left out of the hotel and about 3 miles later you are in downtown Ludington and a few minutes more at Lake Michigan, and also the ferry docking area between Ludington and Wisconsin. The hotel is also very close to US31. My wife and I are thinking of visiting our sister-in-law in Wisconsin and will definitely stay at the Ludington Comfort Inn again."
