「Celebrated our anniversary at Rossington Hall which is a unique amazing place to stay . If you like peace and quiet in serene surroundings this is perfect. Private Hot tub in the garden inside cabins . Hotel room and en-suite gorgeous - second floor no lifts lots of steps . Gourmet food in conservatory compliments to chef . Drink in front of huge log fire afterwards. The house has lots of history it’s like a stately home with wide staircase and lots of small steps leading to interesting nooks...

「A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.」

「The accommodation was amazing. We had completed a visit prior to our booked dates to see what the pub & accommodation was like. We weren’t disappointed. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The staff on reception were very helpful and cheerful. We didn’t actually get chance to sample the restaurant (as we were in the locality to attend a wedding). 」

「I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. It does make for an uncomfortable nights sleep. There were some idiots banging doors and shouting down the corridor at 3am, not the hotels fault but it did frustrate an already uncomfortable night. The staff were not particularly welcoming. I get like a disturbed their conversation when I checked in rather than feeling welcomed....

「If a basic overnight stay or two is what you need, this is a perfectly good place to stay. Easy car parking, good basic facilities including a guest microwave and darts board in the lobby area. Room had a smart TV and small bathroom with a nice shower. Overall a nice little no-frills stay for the price. Had the characteristics of a hostel but the privacy and cleanliness of a hotel. 」
