「LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA. 」

「We have added on an upgrade to the lounge access and I think it is pretty worth of the money. Room are beautiful and have beautiful views on the 62 floor. Free breakfast has limited choices but food quality is overall good. 」

「This was a very comfortable place to stay while attending a nearby convention. The suite had plenty of space for both me and my coworker, which we really appreciated after long days on our feet. The staff went above and beyond, especially Carlos who took the time to share helpful suggestions about the area. Their hospitality made a big difference in our stay. 」

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. You can see stains lying...
