「Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!」

「One of the pools was closed causing the remaining to be overcrowded. One of 2 lazy rivers also closed. The room was nice. The walk from the parking garage to building One was too far!」

「The property at Ocean Creek was maintained beautifully with their landscaping and outside amenities, such as the pools and access to the beach. As far as the individual condo, it was nice and clean, but the owner needs to make sure the kitchen is better stocked as far as dish detergent, paper towels, hand and dish towels, and more dishes to accommodate families during their stay. These are the basic items needed when checking into a unit that provides a kitchen. I would definitely return, but...

「Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.」

「I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for my birthday weekend and my birthday gift( sunglasses) were stolen in a matter of minutes during the checkout process. I placed my sunglasses on the counter in the hallway because I was going back and forth carrying luggage’s with a child. When I went back to the room for the second time, a male housekeeper was already in the room cleaning, and noticed my sunglasses were gone from the counter. I told him I have pictures of me with the sunglasses...

「Clean hotel in decent location」

「The place was nice, but had a few issues with the shower and water temperature. The maintenance man came and was lovely. The carpets were stained, and the bathtub was chipped. We put a blanket down to sit on the couch.」

「There is not a better place to stay north of Myrtle Beach. Very Quiet and secluded with amazing beach access. Lots of activities for the kids and the hotel staff was outstanding!」

「Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10」

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that...
