Every single person of their staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your stay. You get one free coffee or tea each morning down in their cafe area. 「Great stay. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. A/c worked great. Location is very convenient to both Pike place and space needle. We were concerned about how loud the music would be, but we heard nothing and they also provide ear plugs if needed. 」
