「Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. 」

「Beautiful view. Convenient walk-out for smokers. Despite having a smart TV function on the remote, this was not available. I had to go buy an HDMI cable to watch Netflix through my phone physically connected to the TV. Would have liked to have two chairs and a table outside on the patio; I had a room with two beds ( makes sense to have two chairs). Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. 」

「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」

「The staff was wonderful. My room was "okay". There were old French fries with a dab of ketchup under the bathroom sink. My dog found the fries in a hurry. There were also fruit flies living under the rim of my bathroom sink, undoubtedly in some mold that inhabits there. There was no ironing board and one promised never came. The tiny dirt patch to potty dogs can be tough when people don't clean up after themselves. Not the hotel's fault but there is no other place to potty them.」
