Very nice new facility. Generous room sizes and friendly staff. Only issue is you have to ask for housekeeping....I just think should be daily unless you opt out. Otherwise, a really nice place.

We showed up at another local hotel at 10:30 at night with our pre-paid reservations, only to be told they had overbooked and nothing they could do. Although frustrating at the time as we were tired and hungry, we found the Courtyard by Marriott. The front staff was friendly, our room was spacious, beautiful and clean, and they made our bad luck turn into good luck by staying at a nicer hotel.

Great view of Lewiston! Nice new hotel, was comfortable. Check in was very complicated and took some time by help at front desk. My card was charged more than 2x for incidentals. Parking wasn't great and seemed to overflow into north parking area of other businesses. Had a nasty post it left on my car next morning.

Issue at check in. Front desk said it was an Expedia problem. What's new. This third party booking has becoming more and more of a problem. Front desk was able to handle the issue after a lengthy processes.
