Staff was very nice! Property is a bit run down, carpet in room was worn and dirty, cobwebs with bugs in corner of wall near bathroom sink. Property right next to road where they are doing construction. Definitely can hear the neighbors television. Centrally located to restaurants and downtown shops.

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. the breakfast options were simple, but all the food was hot and tasted great! We enjoyed chatting with the front desk lady in the mornings.

I greatly appreciate the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable room, and tasty breakfast served early enough to be available when I have an early departure. Parking area is large and well maintained. We will continue to visit!

This is an older property, but it was well maintained considering its age. That said, the property and rooms are definitely outdated, and the smell in the room was not very pleasant. I’m not sure if the carpets had recently been cleaned or if they were using some type of deodorizer, but there was a strong odor that seemed intended to make the room smell fresh. The breakfast was okay. Overall, this is a good option for the price. If you’re looking for a more modern, updated property, you’ll likely need to pay more. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” and in this case, we felt we received a fair value for the price.

Although the outdoor structure & hotel lobby were modest, the interior of the room was very clean, fresh paint/well-maintained, clean carpet, all amenities that big name hotels/motels offer. Breakfast was good quality food. Staff very helpful, positive and friendly!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bath tub and shower. Plenty of towels. A nice quick breakfast in the morning. We will always stay here when we stay in Kamiah.
