Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was 6:00pm ). This was not “Quality Inn” . Worst experience ever! Don’t get fooled by two star reviews. Worse than motel.

There was a concerning flashing blue light in the heat/air unit but it worked okay. The TV remote didn't work. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The price was good. The breakfast was as expected. The property is past due for renovation.

The clerk who checked us in was so sweet. The hot tub and pool have been broken for months! We booked there for the pool and hot tub. We wanted to check out and stay somewhere else. She had one room left with a jacuzzi tub so she gave us that for the same price. There was so much garbage and old mildew carpet out the back door it stunk so bad. I won't stay there again.

The staff was nice, but when we checked into our hotel, both the hot tub and the pool were not working, and the building was under construction. A room had peeling paint and dirt on the floor along with most of our lights not working in our room. I had expected further to be at least the pool, but I was not satisfied with my stay and we left a day early and did not check out on the 22nd. We ended up checking out the 21st due to the lack of amenities and the lack of cleanliness.

The room was not clean. The bathroom did not even look like it has been cleaned other than clean towels places from previous occupant. Mirrors were dirty throughout the room, sticky rings on the night stands to the point we didn't want to set anything down on the nightstand. There was also a drywall tear in the bathroom shower. When I let the reception desk know they just said they will pay special attention next time....should have been done prior to anyone even staying there. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly. The only reason for not receiving 5 stars is that we did not have any housekeeping service any of the 3 nights we were there. We had to put our wet towels and garbage in the hallway and ask the front desk for clean towels.

Room was clean and good for the price. The only complaint would be the pool was like ice and the hot tub barely warm. We were warned before we got in by another guest. We didn’t believe until we got in. Terrible. On a brighter note, the front desk staff when we checked in was amazing!!! So friendly.

The staff were very nice but that is literally the only nice thing about this motel. It is incredibly run down and needs updated. The heating and air conditioning do not automatically adjust so you either cook or freeze. The smell that was emitting from the pool area, needs to be checked out, and maybe even cleaned. I also loved the fact that the pillows were so incredibly flat and lumpy that I had to put two of them together to even make one. You need to level up, Quality Inn.
