"Check in was okay. I was a bit bothered that we did not get an upgrade we were told it was full however the parking lot was not and very few people in the hotel. So mission lead that there was no upgrade. The sink in the bathroom had mold in the seams the a/c was extremely noisy and difficult to sleep threw. We went to the restaurant and the bathrooms were disgusting and dirty toilet paper every where the toilet not flushing as thou the bathrooms were not cleaned for several hours, yet we were there at 8am for breakfast."

"Paid upfront through Expedia, got charged a total of 7 times. Had to contact the hotel 4 times and still have not received my refund. After contacting Expedia they too refused to give me my original payment back after having my card locked from the charges and the hotel not helping me. Not only that but received horrible customer service at check in. I was told by Expedia that I should contact my bank for fraud against the hotel. Do not book through Expedia or the hotel if you want to pay twice for your booking and get 0 customer service."

"Jim was wonderful at checkin but during 2nd day our stay we came back to our room to the overwhelming stench of sewage (not the usual farm fertilizer smell). Straight up sewage. It was severe and we called front desk immediately. They said they would send someone up. We waited 15 minutes outside our room and no one came. Finally we came down to follow up and there was very little concern from the young woman at the counter. They assigned us a different room but didnt offer anything else. We had to move ourselves. No one even offered to help or supply a baggage cart. We had to bear the horrible sewage stench as we rushed to pack up all our equipment including heavy items, and moved ourselves to a different room that had bottled water by the ice bucket that was already open and half drunk. There was no further apology or explanation for the incident, no compensation, nor did they ever follow up with us to check that we were alright. Utter disinterest by the front desk staff, they didnt even seem surprised. 🙄 I travel a lot and this was noteworthy in the worst way. Also beds were comfy but the shower curtains are not very water resistant. Later we noticed that the outdoor area also smelled like sewage by the exterior wall. They must have hit a pipe during renovations. For the price not worth the crap service we got (so to speak)."
