「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...

「Stayed for one night, family of four. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped through the main door of the building. Were greeted with a big welcome in the cosy and beautiful lounge. House was very clean. Staff were wonderful, friendly and gone out of their way to serve us. They lived up to their standards of "from home to home" saying. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Thank you.」

「Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these.」
