「Room that was booked was not available. Given a room directly above the loading dock. Woken up every morning at 6:00 by truck unloading and by someone cutting grass or using blower. Hotel is nice, but is certainly outdated and not worth the 700 dollars a night I paid for the room. Parking is also terrible and without enough spaces available for the number of residents unless you want to use valet or take a shuttle.」

「Very nice. It’s time for a remodel tho. Paint was peeling off ceiling at shower Area. We stayed there guessing 8 years ago. Again very nice but a remodel is in need」

「What a great, historic hotel in downtown Mobile. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great for wandering around downtown. I would go back here in a heartbeat」
