「Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. No beach was available, busy restaurant next door with carts bringing supplies back and forth late into evening and early early morning. 😞」

「We had a nice clean room on the 1st floor with an ocean view, but from 8-5 the view was mostly obscured by 3 rows of large umbrellas all across the hotel property for people to rent. Staff were not unfriendly but they didn’t seem eager to please either, and some were indifferent. It is a very noisy hotel, with music going from 10-9 and it’s very loud (we couldn’t sit in our balcony when it was cranked up).
