The staff was very friendly and check-in was very easy. The room we had really needed some updating stove could’ve been cleaner and don’t even get me started about the handicap chair in the shower. It was actually quite disgusting. Well the view was amazing on the Bayside, we were located on the second floor and construction was occurring on the dock right outside our room. Needless to say the 7 AM wake up call with the construction was not what we had expected.

Cons- Dirty towels left in our room from the previous guests, spots of black mold on the shower ceiling, spiders in the ceiling corners in the living room, bed uncomfortable, pictures not true to what it is. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Some of the furniture needed to be updated and two of the chairs had seats that were shredding. The kitchen only had a few plates, pots, pans and utensils. The location was very good for beach time at Lover’s Key beach and the condo came with a pass to the beach.

i was charged incorrectly for a room, i asked for 2luxury and 2 high floor resort. i was told they only had 1 luxury room but they neglected to correct the price, meaning i paid for a luxury room instead of high floor. the desk lady said someone was going to look into it but i never heard. word. and they never told me ahead of time either. so i would like a credit. ,

Staff was amazing. Room was okay. Needs better cleaning as it felt like they did not clean before we arrived. I cleaned it up before we got settled in. Pool and location to the State Park was fantastic. The beach and walking trails are great. There was a f8or something on our floor. No one came to speak to us about it. The workers were loud and one night they woke us up at 2am.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous, clean condo and incredible views. Pool and hot tub were nice, staff was super nice and helpful, comfy king size bed always makes me happy. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Cleanliness, room views, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was workable with amenities, front desk were super helpful and courteous. Loved the location and free state park pass! The beach there is great! They rent umbrella and two chairs for $38 there on beach . Very nice while spending day at beach. Pool was a step up from your average pool. Hot tub was nice too.

We always enjoy our time there. The front desk people are always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The lobbies on the ground and first floors are very inviting. We love the pool and spa area plus Flippers Restaurant serves us at the pool. Our condo was very clean and well stocked.
