Nice comfortable place, warm welcome

We were greeted very warmly, and even though we turned up 4 hours before check-in as we were going on a wine tour, and didn't expect to be able to check in it was no problems at all. Karen was very warm and welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for places to go. The room was also really comfortable.
