We have stayed at Rydges World Square many times. It has a great location and the rooms are quiet and clean. The staff are helpful. This time I gave a lower rating because I feel that the hotel is becoming worse for wear and poorer value for money. The carpets in the corridors are definitely looking shabbier although the rooms are clean. Also the price has risen and we were asked if wanted to cancel our room servicing - we were only staying two nights - i.e. one day's service which cost over $700.00. Parking is another inflated expense. Still happy with the hotel, but after staying there many times we feel it is deteriorating and poorer value for money. We parked nearby for a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic welcoming staff. The lounge is a nice added bonus with tea and coffee making facilities and delicious cookies. While the bed was very hard for me it is tricky to please everyone. The location can’t be beaten. Just a short walk from Town Hall station and the airport line, close to Gadagal metro to easily get out of the city, and a walk down George street (or use the light rail) to the Opera House or The Rocks. Would definitely stay again

Perfect location. Convenient walking distance to public transport, attractions, supermarkets and cafes. The room is generously spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, which allows one to have a proper breakfast in the room, and even dinner. A value for money stunner.

Rooms are tiny. Superior queen really only fit for one person. Only place to sit is on the bed if you have 2 people

Staff were lovely! Check-in staff were so friendly and the service team were so kind and immediately amended our outlet power issue within 30 minutes.
