「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Side sea view room, 2 bedrooms, long balcony. Stayed here in 2023 in panoramic room with wrap around balcony which was better for evening sunset in Block A. However, this stay did not disappoint, still friendly staff, great room, quiet area, beds amazing, best sleep in a long time. Pool was fabulous. 「No security! Expect aimless wannabe social media stars from other hotels clogging up the lifts and wondering aimlessly around your corridors whilst burying their heads into their phones. Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing change of towels or more bog roll!」
