「Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.」

「Everything the best」

「Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!」

「Vi hadde et perfekt opphold hvor jeg fridde til min kommende kone. Kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet. Fantastinsk opplevelse. Vi ønsker å komme tilbake ved en senere anledning.」

「Camera pulita, Personale cordiale.

Gracias」

「I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. A special thank you to Eli, Patrick and Daniel, who all went above and beyond to make...

「Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel」

「Alles top」

「This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be...

「Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Everything is great except that the pool and dinner close a little bit early and there are not many parking spaces. Will recomment it! 」

「Esperienza positiva, luogo ideale per famiglie. Posizione ottima. Personale accogliente ed educato. Ottimo ristorante ben organizzato e variegato. Unici accorgimento: manutenzione della struttura e della pavimentazione interna ed esterna delle piscine.」
