This property is anything but all inclusive. Horrible staff have no knowledge of anything that goes on property and most of the time they want more money of any small things that needs to be get done. Pls stay awayfrom this property if you can as there must be much better all inclusive options in the area.

My husband was caught in the elevator doors and his hand and arm were badly bruised. The hotel took a report but refused to give us a copy. If it had been a child caught in the doors it would have possible done grave harm. We were supposed to stay at Secrets but their electricity was out so we were moved to Club Solaris. It was ok I guess. Just left a bad taste in our mouths with the elevator injury.
