All the pools were clean, the beach was clean, the staff was nice, the rooms could definitely be updated, but I was upgraded in so I cannot complain. It’s really close to the bars, coffee and restaurants so don’t feel stuck to stay on resort but the resort was excellent. Five star review for me. Excellent service at the pool, the food was good, but again you’re close to eating off resort so unless you purchased the all inclusive package, I would say try out some different local restaurants like across the street.

The beach club charged me for food I never received and the rooftop restaurant added a 20% tip to my bill without ever asking how much I wanted to leave. Service across the property was inattentive and rude. I waited a long time to even get a server’s attention, let alone resolve the billing issues. Food does take a long time to arrive. One safety note: there are jellyfish near their beaches, so be cautious if you’re swimming. The one bright spot was the pool service, which was genuinely good. But between the billing problems and the service issues, I’d skip the beach club, its restaurants, and this hotel and spend your money elsewhere.

I used to stay at this property all the time before they rebranded. They were called Cabo villas. The property is in a perfect location situated on Medano Beach, a short walk to town and the marina. Rooms are nice, they have multiple pools. My main issue is they are still pushing the timeshare, fractional ownership or whatever they call it now. When we walked in we were stopped by one of the ladies. I told her I didn’t want a timeshare talk. She was extremely rude. When people say no walk away politely and call it a day. No need to be rude and ugly about it. The rooms are nice. Only complaint we never had any hot water. Lukewarm at best. Lastly we spent all our time in the adults only pool. The service was just ok. We would often be waiting for a server. And the drinks although tasty lacked much alcohol. With the prices we are paying (California prices) I expected a bit more alcohol. Overall it’s a nice property, good food and great location.

Very pleased with the overall experience at the Corazon. The staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The proximity to the marina afforded us the opportunity to get some solid steps in but not have to go too far for shops and restaurants. Also, it was bonus that the resort was adjacent to Edith’s and the Office. The beach time was very relaxing. We will be back. Thanks

Such a great experience overall. The staff are fantastic, the location is unbeatable, and the views are absolutely stunning. The food was also amazing and exceeded expectations. The only thing to be mindful of is booking lounge chairs or a bed at the beach club or rooftop pool, make sure to reserve directly through the hotel. Booking through OpenTable will likely leave you with just a table instead. Other than that, highly recommend!”

The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly.
