overall, had an amazing stay! the valet staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived on property. check-in was easy and room was nice! would stay again :)

Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd
Breakfast did not open before I had to leave for a flight and no reimbursement. Room was great, terrific. Mattress poor. Shuttle is unscheduled hit and miss.
