The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is even nicer and more spacious than the pictures. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet with a zen theme. Microwaves are on the 10th and 14th floor. No swimming pool though! Loved the four restaurants on site most closing at midnight. Love the outdoors ...
