The room was clean. Checking in was a little confusing. Need a code for the front door and for the room. I had to message management for the codes while waiting outside. It feels like you're living in a house with roommates in a suburban neighborhood. There's no instruction, everything is digital, so I'm not sure if the people on site who were cleaning are people who work for the owners, or if they are the owners/landlords/property managers - the blurred line - lack of English speaking and not so friendly attitude made the experience a little weird but considering the super cheap price to stay in LA, I didn't mind.
With that said, because of the value and the cleanliness of the room, and relatively quiet and safe area, I would come back again if I was constrained on a budget.
I had a great stay. The only issue was that I booked a room with a queen bed but got a room with a full bed, which was disappointing.
Other than that, it was clean and modern and just what I needed.
Convenient location, clean and comfortable stay, the staff is responsive. The only problem is the parking, they dont have on site parking you gotta look for available spot on the street.
House very clean and beautiful the bed was so cozy I love the fact that everyone respects quit time and the house is very peaceful . I will be coming back on my next Business event thank you for everything .
This location was soooo quiet and peaceful we are still day dreaming of our trip two weeks later. Truly was a home away from home vibe. It was so quiet, I was afraid I was listening to my show to loud. There is no tv or radio in the bedroom, but nothing a laptop or phone wouldn't solve.
Quiet area, nice relaxed vibe. Modern room and kitchen. There is a small pool, but I don’t think it is heated? All the other guests were interesting to speak with.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Clean, and comfortable for the price. They have a picture of a pool and there was no pool that was disappointing. And if you’re very modest person, The showers are pretty open.
The woman's dorm room was small and no privacy in the shared shower room, but there was a nice pool. The shared kitchen was full of dirty used dishes, but I washed them. The place was clean and for the price and the fact I was only planning to sleep, I liked it . . .

Thin walls, staff was loud late at night
Walls are super thin and hostel staff themselves did not respect quiet hours and were loud late into the first night of our stay into 1 or 2am. We had terrible sleep and don't recommend.
Rest of stay was fine. Easy check in and out. Clean room.
Management that don’t care about their clientele , they do the bare minimum to reach a barely “acceptable” housing situation. Disturbing guests, awful bedding, non functional showers/restrooms, amongst other problems. They will only kick out guests if there is recurrant complaints about overt domestic violence… atleast the cleaning lady was nice.

Not the most secure stay, no screen or blocker on window, false advertisement of personal bathroom, & no space heater. Nice & comfy room but that’s about it, good for emergencies, would be uncomfortable for a long stay.
First of all this is a hostel. It is pretty good option having private room with a private bathroom in a hostel.
Everything was fine except some not quite clean areas on the floor of the bathroom, and the feeling that somebody can enter your room during the night as the door of the room was difficult to lock from inside.
There were not problem locking from outside.
The kitchen, and community area were clean, and well maintained.
Entering the house, and using the codes was easy, and instructions were coming on time.
Quiet area, and everything else was fine.
I booked this place bc it was close to the venue I went to.
There was no hot water first night they offer us to shower upstairs but theirs no privacy but otherwise the stay was good the room was very nice and comfortable but in our room the blinds were not dark enough at night people that staying there turn on kitchen lights and wake us up on our last night
First of all, I want to say the house keeping was fine. She cleaned quickly and often. I don’t want the actual staff to receive any trouble because of my review.
This was a really rough stay. Me and two friends from Japan (one who I shared a room with, and one who stayed in his own room) were here for a week, and it was inconvenience after inconvenience. First of all, I swear I checked their website and information up and down, and nowhere was it made clear that the bathrooms were all shared with the entire building. I assumed access to private bathrooms and had trouble figuring out if this was the case after I booked. I had to look at other reviews to realize this. It feels dishonest, because the shared bathrooms are a HUGE inconvenience. We had two bathrooms to an entire building, so if anyone else was using them and you needed to go potty or shower on short notice, you were utterly at the whims of every other guest in the building.
The provided amenities were terrible. Again an entire building was expected to share the same shampoo/conditioner/body wash. In a post-covid world, I’m very particular about sanitation, so the lack of individual amenities really grossed me out. All the dishes in the kitchen were shared and guests were expected to clean them… and the dishwasher was not working. Am I supposed to trust the cleanliness of dishes that other people put their hands all over using dirty sponges that I don’t know how long they’ve been in the sink?
First time in a hostel and enjoyed the experience. Everyone was friendly and the room was spacious. While I did not use the pool, it was clean and ready for use. The kitchen sink was full of dishes but learn later housekeeping addresses that in the morning. There were 3 refridgerators but, while effecient, were not clean inside. If you don't mind doing a little cleaning, you can get by. The showers and bathrooms were clean. You get towels but no washclothes so bring your own. Parking situation was interesting since you have street parking but "Temporary" signs stated car needed to be moved by 6:30a or be towed. Only one street did not have a sign. I would stay there again.
my first hostel. beautiful modern high tech renovation. patio and pool beautiful. dishwasher didn’t work. water, cube, crushed frig dispenser didn’t work. no wash cloths. my bed was on the floor not on std frame so difficult for a senior with bad leg to get out of. no small trash can in room. no wall bar near toilet. shower doors broken. shared bath not good for seniors. overall the place is perfect for young, tech savvy people. seniors really need private bath. toilet filled high with water but didn’t flush all waste even a few squares of toilet paper. i worried it would spill over. but interesting experience! thank you.
