I just couldn't hang on for my six days entire trip...a small incent under the bed sheet, dirty bed sheet, no bed lamp, very simple and poor room and smell bad, a never fixed sink even I'd requested twice...staffs are nice trying their best but I guess they were also helpless... I'd checked-out the second day and I have to rebook another decent place for another four nights...I've already filed for a refund request with Expedia and hoping they can conpensate for such unpleasant event...

Let me start by saying the day staff was extremely nice and helpful! But when I checked into the first room is was not cleaned there was used towels in the bathroom the floor was covered in dirt and there was a really musty smell along with cigarettes. I went down to the front desk and they were very helpful and kind. They switched my room immediately. My next room smelled better but there was dirt all over the bed the sheets, pillows and blankets all were dirty (but the bed was made) and the toilet had hair and a poop stain on the toilet and dirt on it. I called the front desk and they sent the cleaning lady to come fix it. I left for the evening came back and everything was taken care of. Saturday around 7-8 I called to let them know the tv wasn’t working they told me I should have called during the day to have it fixed and there was nothing they could do because maintenance was gone (that was fine) the pool was not available during my stay. Again day staff was very nice and helpful to me. So no complaints on them! But all in all I would never go back.
