PROS: parking was fairly easy, considering its only street parking. the shared kitchen was also convenient if you need. entrance to the place was smooth and easy to get to. CONS: the room and bathroom looks clean, but closely it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. there were stains on the floor — a substance that seems to have been there for a while, hair left on the pillow and bedsheets. in the bathroom, there were unknown orange streaks on the floor and a booger. — overall, this place provides the bare minimum and could use some work.

This is a total scam. Me and my friend booked this on June 4th only to arrive on July 9th with absolutely ZERO information regarding keys/check in with us quickly realising that this isn’t legitimate. We called the number provided only to find property management companies. There was a women at the property renting there who kindly provided us with a separate number, but again it was property management but both numbers had said the PROPERTY WAS CLOSED. How can this booking be tolerated on Expedia, a respected booking company. This led us to booking an airbnb last minute costing us even more money and we were lucky to find somewhere. A TOTAL DISGRACE. Shameful scamming behaviour - we were stranded. Do not let another booking go through this scam.

This property is a scam. The full details of what to expect upon arrival and check in are not listed. The room that we selected was dirty. The prior guest left most of their belongings. Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on. almost like a rooming house.

I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the cleanliness and decor in the room. The only downside during my trip was someone accidentally opened the door to my room and not sure if it was another guest but I just made sure to lock my door.

Great stay overall. I just wish it wasn’t so cold in the building. Couldn’t find a thermostat. I know it’s Cali , but the nights I was there.. it was very cool outside. Otherwise I loved it.

Gave me a room that was tidied up, but with dirty sheets- was filled with body hair and clearly used. The support line was quick to respond, but ultimately unhelpful and they never solved the issue nor followed up.

This is a bedroom with private bath; there is a shared kitchen area downstairs. Very clean; comfortable bed. Way too much scent used in cleaning/laundry. When we arrived, the clean towels on the bed were damp and reeked of scent. I requested new towels via phone, but they never came so we found the dryer downstairs and dried them ourselves. The trash in our bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guests, so we did that too. All in all the place is fine but the housekeeping should be improved. If you bring your own teabags, you can make tea.

The space is nice and the price point is good. However, the service is terrible. They will only contact you at the time of check-in to submit your ID to get the information for your unit. They also don't provide a description of checki-in or check-out.

When I arrived, there was blood all over the bedding, which I did appreciate them switching quickly. However, for 4 nights of my stay, I was unable to get in the front door and was left out in the rain late at night. The person in charge of communication was so incredibly rude and truly could not have cared less. Not once did they help me get inside. I had to rely on other random people from the building to let me in. It was incredibly unsafe.

The doorknob lock would not open with the electronics. Then they waited-delayed getting locksmith for 3 hours while we’re stuck outside in rain. Cleanliness: the towels were moldy, flooring had dry pet urine, previous persons left us dirty food bowl, shower needed cleaning.
