「We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!」

「Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.」

「We had to switch to switch rooms because it smelled like a dog shelter. The next room was an improvement it it was showing it’s age. The maid service is every other day, if they show up. Staff was pleasant when they felt like it. There’s a daily resort fee whether you use the services or not. Beachfront is pretty spectacular. Also, we had a meal by the pool from the bar. Make sure someone doesn’t over indulge before you, because they just slip a bucket in it even though it still wreaks of vomit.」

「I rented a two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms and living room were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The view was great, and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable.」

「room was amazing best view with ocean front right out of your window turtles and whales right outside your window as well what a place def recommend just one thing needed for the ladies is more mirrors and a iron lol. 」

「 The room didn’t really have a balcony, just a very narrow space about 12” wide that you could stand on, no chairs would fit. Also, the ocean view was very very small. These two things were very disappointing since the room was advertised as having a balcony. Our room smelled heavily like marijuana when we first arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told they were at 98% capacity, and there were no comparable rooms. So the value for what we paid...

「Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed」

「Room was absolutely clean and gorgeous. Bigger than we expected. It was clean and accessible to pool. Concierge was very responsive and helpful. Only callout is they provided only 2 sets of mini toiletries and our family stayed for almost a week. 」
