「Check in staff were friendly, welcome drink on arrival. The room we had slept 3 adults, comfortable beds, really clean and warm. Excellent shower. No kettle in room but hair dryer was provided. Really lovely hotel. Easy access out of the airport and train station with only 4 stops on the s-bahn to the city center which was only 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Ein cool designtes Hotel mitten im Geschehen des Kölner Zentrums. Gelegen zwischen Altstadt und Belgischem Vierten. In zweiter Reihe am Hohenzollernring mit eigenem Parkplatz und Tiefgarage. Moderne Zimmer im Industriedesign und eingerichtet mit Liebe für Details. Hippe Bar ganztägig geöffnet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl frischer Lebensmittel und diversen Frühstücksgetränken. Wir fühlten uns wohl und würden wieder dort übernachten.」

「住宿地點很好，櫃檯服務先生女士的服務都超級好，尤其是一開始接待的年輕斯文帥哥 我們房間的咖啡杯杯底看起來有咖啡乾掉的痕跡，可能房務沒注意忘記洗了（後來發現湯匙也沒洗乾淨）,我拿去找帥哥，帥哥馬上處理，過了一些時間，他送到房間，看起來跑了一段距離，看他這麼年輕努力，很謝謝他！ 旅館是兩棟房子併起來的，所以我們房間的動線有點複雜，對於帶著重行李箱的旅客，心裡要有一點點準備！ 其他，都很好！ 房間基本上都很乾淨，老房子的房間本來就小一點，我們房間還有河岸第一排的風景，看著風景吃消夜，真是舒服 還是非常推薦！ 建議，如果介意空間的人，不要選最小的那一間！」
