"Front desk person very unprofessional and disrespectful. Dirty every where office and rooms. We ended up no staying there after checking in. Went back to front desk and ask for a reimbursement."

"Mostly clean room. Some stains on the furniture. Not a huge deal. The worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a rock. For $350 a night I expected to at least sleep through the night. Instead I woke up multiple times in pain. Also it's ridiculous they charge $15 a night for parking. They want to nickel and dime you for everything. This place is barely even in Goleta. "
