"Great stay, absolutely lovely amenities, so much included, food was fantastic. Expedia and the hotel separately charged resort fees and at check out we did have to pay an additional 65 dollars per day on that. Did love the pool, loved the view. Great for kids and families. Wait staff at the pool was very limited- would be great to have QR code ordering by the pool- would increase their revenue I would think. "

"Resort was nice enough, but room was very cramped. Looked like a poor quality flip. Drawers were off set. Cabinets warped from water. Only one tiny shower for the villa. No countertop space in bathroom and no furniture in 2nd bedroom. Not adequate for a family for a week. "

"We loved this property and highly recommend it. Jonathan at the front desk is smart and professional. He set the tone for our amazing stay. The breakfast is the best of any hotel on our trip through all the keys. Most importantly, there is a peacefulness about this property that puts you at ease. Pay the extra for a ocean front. We will be back."

"While Expedia listed our room as “not in main building, canal view”, there was no indication on the map of the property that our room would be in a building across a road with vehicles traveling 55+mph. The staff was kind and the property nice, but we were disappointed to have to either watch for speeding vehicles or get in our car to drive and park the car in order to sit by the water. The main property was relaxing, but it felt stressful to know we couldn’t walk out of our room and get to the beach, on site restaurant, or amenities without crossing the busy main road, especially at night for dinner. With my two sons along, I didn’t feel comfortable sending them across to the main areas without accompanying them. The one bedroom was large and our outdoor balcony was very nice and spacious. It may have been on me to figure out that we had to cross the street to get to the water, but the map was definitely not clear upon booking. "

"Poolside was nice and you can get food there. There are 2 pools. There is no beach. Many of the staff are foreign born but their English is good enough that they are able to assist you."

"Ocean view, clean and spacious. Convenient parking out front. Staff was very friendly and was available to answer any questions. Disappointed though that the restaurant was not operating nor the Tiki Bar. Our cottage was not outfitted with a blender or kettle. "
