"The room did not give an option for heat. The room only had a cool and fan option. The breakfast provided was unexpected. There was only cereal and an unsanitary waffle station. The like was served in giant 2 gallon containers at room temperature. No ice or refrigerator was given for beverages or milk that was supposed to be served cold"

"pretty standard NYC hotel, good price, comfy beds n clean, no fridge in room is my only complaint but they kept our bags for us as we walked around for a bit after check out too ! :) "
