"Ken and Candi are a wonderful. Hardworking couple who care that you feel welcomed. Serve a great breakfast. Tell you about all the activities happening in the area. Keep the cookie jar filled for quests. This is a perfect place for the professional who is stressed out. Who needs some serious down time close to the water. Who can just unwind. Walk to some great restaurants. Just chill out in beautiful surroundings."
"Nicely updated older property. I checked in after the staff had left for the day, so I didn't interact with any. Great Norwegian/Scandi restaurant downstairs. Would stay again."

Had very good experience overall. I feel like its more of a summer vacation spot so there was less road and foot traffic. But I really enjoy randomly visiting in the off season. Locals are always very friendly and genuinely cordial.

Long Beach has a wonderful array of dinning and shopping to experience. We loved walking the boardwalk and the Beach as well as taking short excursions to the Cranberry Museum and out to Oyserville.

Quite a nice small town. Easy walk to beach. No big dunes (hills) to cross to get to it. Since it is on a peninsula, no heavy through traffic. Many stores/restaurants closed weekdays, excluding Fridays, but enough to keep you interested for a few day

While visiting the beach, please be aware that they have loose sand, unlike ocean shores where the sand is packed more than not. Your vehicle has a greater chance of getting stuck due to this type of sand.

Long Beach is a small town with a small feel. However, in the winter the town seems close up early after dark. The town has a nice supermarket and a McDonald's which is the only fast food place in town. There are plenty of restaurants in town.
"If I could give 10 stars for staff and service I would! The people really make this place an amazing place. Top that with the views of the ocean and upgrades that are being made on the grounds makes this place feel like hidden gem!! I’ll be back soon! "
"It was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was nice, comfortable and clean. Safe and walkable area. My only complaint is there was a sign above the ice machine requesting not to fill ice chests or coolers. Was a little disappointed I had to go to a gas station and buy a bag of ice when normally hotels and motels don't mind me filling my cooler with their ice machine. But that was literally the only downside, otherwise my stay was great. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. "
"This was a very special place to stay. Old fashioned charm, friendly host, comfortable room. A lovely rooftop gathering area with a great view! Relaxing and delicious morning breakfast included.
The only drawback for us was a Sunday farmer’s market which made access to the hotel and parking an issue until 3:00. Only on Sundays though."
"Stayed at this hotel with family. The ocean view room was nice and clean. Amenities are great. It's right next to the beach. Lots of dining options nearby."
