"Okay, the front desk lady was a complete doll. Very sweet, helpful, approachable, and smiley. No complaints about her customer service at all. The room itself was clean enough but the cable didn’t work, the windows don’t work well, the beds are very comfy, and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people’s tvs and their conversations quite easily. I woke up may times listening to drunk couples fight through the walls. Overall: it’s an okay place. The location is what gives it the value since everything is within walking distance. I get that pricing spike during peak season but for what I paid for a room this quality just seemed twice too much. Again, very nice staff member at check in though. Kudos on that! "

"Cozy room in the pool house with a lovely balcony and fireplace and great design elements. Room was perfectly clean and the property exceeded our expectations."

"The room was dirty, mold in bath tub and water didn’t drain. Shower curtain was very old and gross. Watered down hand soap in restroom. Restroom spelled like pee. TV didn’t work, no cleaning service while there."

"Staying at the Shelburne Hotel is like stepping back in time. The staff are warm and friendly, our room was quiet and comfortable. It was fun playing pool in the lobby area. One suggestion: a few hooks to hold towels and hang night clothes in the bathroom would be helpful. There was only one small towel bar crammed with towels. "
