We had a double queen room. It was very spacious and had easy access to everything in town. Grab and go breakfast had a good selection but there is a charge for a bottle of water and the lobby area is pretty small. If you plan to hook up your streaming device to the tv you might need an extension cord. We were able to use alarm clock/charging station for this purpose. Overall it was a great value for the stay.

When I went to go to bed it was full of hair and a stain on the sheets. Sent my husband to go get new sheets from the office. Manager was there and just gave him sheets never offered to make/ remove old sheets. So we had to remove the dirty bedding and make up our own bed. Not good when you pay $$$$

It was close to the beach and convenient. Lots of unattended dogs barking constantly. From the pictures online of a kind suite you would think there was a kitchen. There is no kitchen, only a mini fridge. Check in is at 4pm but couldn’t check in until 5pm. Instead of pre assigned rooms, rooms should be assigned as guests arrive for check in which would have allowed us to check in on time. We most likely won’t return because of this. Our room was expensive as is and to not be able to check in on time was not acceptable and didn’t even get a sorry.

I was not informed it was a 2nd level room. My wife has health issues and had difficulty with the stairs. It would be helpful if the website informed the customer of 2nd level rooms and a choice to rent or not to rent based on access.

We liked having the kitchenette and being on the ground floor. Just a nice, solid hotel right in town and close to the beach. Make sure you go to Cape Disappointment! Long Beach was foggy all day but just 8 miles away was blue skies! Cape Disappointment is a wonderful park! Check out Deadman’s Cove while you are there!

Check in was super easy, quick, and staff were really friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the ocean which was perfect and so close to all the shops. We enjoyed being able to just walk wherever. The only downside we had was that the walls are super thin. You could hear every step the person above us took and it was very loud.

It was a really great place to stay. We've been going to Long Beach for years but this is our first stay here. They have cool different flavored coffee pods, a few free water bottles. Also a fenced in outdoor area with tables, a fire pit, corn hole.

I love the location of the hotel, it’s walking distance to everything. However, a few of the hotel staff were not very friendly. There was a weird odor in our room and the toilet was very loose. The kitchenette with a keurig and vanilla coffee creamer was an excellent touch.

Our room was beautiful. Clean, spacious and updated. I didn't give 5 stars for a couple of reasons. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was a distinct musty odor. Then the same smell in our room. Even though it looks as if everything has been totally updated there was definitely an odor.The bed was just so-so as far as being comfortable.The last issue was the noise. We could hear a small dog barking at 5:30 a.m. from one of the nearby rooms. Then people walking and running back and forth outside our room from 6 to 7 a.m. The walls/windows must be very thin.
