「Rooms are clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean except showers and tiling need sprucin up ad well as the carpet throughout the hotel. Also doors in neibori g rooms were way to loud when people go in and out always making a loud bang every time.」

「Nice room and staff. Sadly didn't realize 2 levels so we got upper floor and elevator. Husband very limited on walking, climbing so it was a challenge and I needed to carry out bags upstairs. Saw after the fact they do have a place on confirmation telling off this. I thought I had booked an ADA room but saw i didn't have that done either. Would like to see bkfast have option of hot items with protein, tried a cinnamon roll was excellent but not good choice for diabetic. We ate bkfast...

「You can tell it is not a new place but you can see is being renovated and they care about the details. It is a nice and clean place. Well located with a parking for large vehicles.」

「The room was so disgusting I demanded to speak to the manager. After telling me there was nothing available they finally found me a room that was adequate to sleep in. Breakfast was just OK. Would not recommend.」

「No complementary water on the entire floor that we stayed on. Ice machine barely worked shot out water. Vending machine was completely broken. Went downstairs and night manager didn’t know today from yesterday and couldn’t help with any of the issues I had. Sink was overflowing with water because it would not drain properly. Horrible visit.」
