We loved the hotel, small cozy rooms very clean.Loved the neighborhood, the hotel is closed to the subway.The staff at the reception was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful ! l’hôtel était très bien. Le seul problème c’est que dans leur annonce ils annoncent avoir un petit déjeuner. Cependant il n’y en a pas c’est une collaboration qu’ils vont avoir avec un café qui se trouve à cinq minutes, je trouve ça très mal indiqué moi qui avait réservé exprès un hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris

If you’ve ever travelled to London before you know that accommodations are very small. Even though this room is tight, it is very comfortable clean and well maintained. A big plus is during a hot London summer this room is air conditioned which is very appreciated after a day roaming around London. It is in a very convenient but quiet location, close to transit, shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to some of the biggest London attractions.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The desk clerk was incredibly helpful and let me check in with my luggage early. The room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The showers and toilets were fantastic and the thermostat kept the room at a perfect temperature during the heatwave. There was a TV in the room which I didn’t use but was a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the Victoria coach and train station. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. As a bonus, the hotel key card holder included a discount to a breakfast café which was a lovely touch.

Front desk was lovely and the room was very clean upon arrival. Beware of the no elevator so get ready to walk some flights if you have a room on the top floors . Overall, really good stay

Terrible experience from beginning to end. Hotel moved us to sister property. First room smelled like a dumpster. Second room was in basement, phone service did not work & WiFi capabilities were also not working at the hotel, shower was falling apart, there was hair in the shower. Sister property did not include breakfast meanwhile first hotel advertised breakfast. They couldn’t fix any of the issues we had with the hotel so we left shortly after we checked in. Gentleman at the front desk checked us out of the room but they are refusing to issue a refund for a room that wasn’t used.

Die Zimmer waren gut, hätten aber etwas sauberer sein können. Was fehlte war eine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung auszupacken. Für 1-2 Tage aus dem Koffer zu leben ist OK, aber bei einem mehrtägigen Trip wäre es einfach besser einen Schrank zu haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
